| Welcome! Sacrament preparation for First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation (high school and adult), and Baptism for youth age 7 - 18 is done through the Faith Formation Center. Please check below for information on each sacrament. |

High School Confirmation |
|
In the Diocese of Oakland,
Confirmation is offered in high school.
Students must be at least 16 years old when they
receive the sacrament. At Our Lady of Grace, the
high school confirmation program is currently a
two year program. Participation in Youth Group

Adult Confirmation |
|
The Faith Formation Center offers opportunities
for adults, 18 and over, to prepare for and
receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. The
program is for adults who have been baptized and
received First Communion, but need the final
step for full initiation. Preparation is
done at the parish and the Rite of Confirmation
is celebrated at Cathedral of Christ the Light
in Oakland. The preparation is done at a Deanery level, in conjunction with St. John the Baptist Church and the Church of the Transfiguration. Information evenings held in the fall. Please contact Robyn Lang for more information at 510-582-9266 or olgrec@sbcglobal.net |
